Our “Girls More424” provided a pathway for 16-18 year old females into sports employment.

The youth service provide us with a pro active support and delivery team at some of our sports sessions across the county.

Over the last 3 years we have grown our partnership with the hub and it’s staff. As well as providing collaborative sports sessions for local youth groups, we have also designed coaching development programmes to assist with the development of the youth services.

We have worked closely with Canterbury City Council over the last few years to develop a number of sports initiatives in the city and surrounding towns. In March 2024 we commenced delivery on our “RISE project”.

The youth service are exceptionally pro active in supporting our Community Masters work. We collaborate to provide a safe space where young people get access to a range of professionals.

We have worked with Simon over the last few years to develop an integrated sports and mental health qualification. Simon also offers MHFA training to our staff and partnerships.

Our Herne Bay CALM club is based at the club and we work together to develop coaching pathways for.

We have developed a new partnership with the organisation in Sittingbourne. A new CALM club is up and running.
